EnonoGolf Personal Privacy Policy

Abic System Co., Ltd. (the "Company") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (this "Policy") as follows regarding the handling of user information, including users' personal information, in connection with EnonoGolf Personal, which the Company provides as an application (the "Service").
1. User Information We Collect and How We Collect It
In this Policy, "User Information" means information relating to the identification of users, activity histories on communication services, and other information generated or stored in connection with users or their devices that the Company collects pursuant to this Policy.
The User Information collected by the Company in connection with the Service includes the following:
(1) Log Data and Other Information
The Company may collect information regarding access to and use of the Service. This may include the following information:
Referrer
IP address
Information contained in server access logs (including device name, operating system version, and date and time information)
(2) Cookies
The Company may collect cookie information. Users may choose to accept or reject the collection of cookie information. Users will be notified when cookie information is sent to their device. If a user rejects the collection of cookie information, the user may be unable to use certain portions of the Service.
(3) Usage Data Collected through Unity Analytics
For the purpose of improving the quality of the Service, understanding usage, improving features, investigating defects, and conducting other analyses necessary for operation, the Company may, only where the user has consented, use Unity Analytics provided by Unity Technologies or its affiliates to collect information regarding use of the Service.
Information collected through Unity Analytics includes information automatically obtained by the Unity Analytics SDK and event information defined by the Company within the Service. This information may include the following:
• Identifiers such as IP addresses, identifiers unique to an installation or device, and Unity Analytics user IDs
• Technical information such as the device used, operating system, application version, session, and date and time
• Information regarding use of the Service, such as game mode, course, hole, duration of use, and reason for ending a session
• Information regarding the display of the course download screen, volumetric data download screen, and subscription screen
• Information regarding the plan type when a subscription purchase is completed
The Company does not use custom events defined by the Company to transmit through Unity Analytics any name, address, email address, or other contact information entered by a user for the purpose of identifying the individual.
(4) Account Registration Information
When a user registers an account for the Service, the Company collects the user ID, password, and other information entered in the registration form prescribed by the Company.
(5) Payment Information
If a user purchases a paid service, the Company collects information concerning the transaction, including the purchase history and plan type. Credit card information (including card number and expiration date) is collected and managed directly by the payment service provider engaged by the Company, and the Company does not retain such information. Please review the privacy policy published by the payment service provider for information regarding its handling of information.
2. Purposes of Use
The specific purposes for which the Company uses User Information in connection with providing the Service are as follows:
(1) To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service
(2) To measure user traffic and behavior
(3) To analyze use of the Service and improve game quality, content, features, and the user experience
(4) To understand the use of game modes, courses, holes, download features and subscription features
(5) To investigate defects in the Service, improve performance, and conduct other analyses necessary for operation
(6) To create and manage accounts and verify users' identities
(7) To provide paid services, process charges and payments, and manage purchase histories
(8) To respond to inquiries from users
(9) To respond to violations of the Terms of Use and otherwise prevent unauthorized use of the Service
3. Service Providers
The Company may engage third-party companies and individuals for the following purposes:
(1) To facilitate use of the Service
(2) To provide the Service on behalf of the Company
(3) To perform services related to the Service
(4) To support the Company's analysis of how the Service is used
These third parties may have access to User Information for the purposes described above. They are obligated not to disclose or use User Information for any other purpose.
As stated in Section 1, "User Information We Collect and How We Collect It," (3), the Company may use Unity Analytics provided by Unity Technologies or its affiliates. Unity Technologies processes transmitted information for purposes such as providing analytics services to the Company. Information transmitted to Unity Analytics is processed, within the scope of the purposes of use described above, on servers located outside Japan, including in the United States. Because countries of processing other than the United States may change as Unity Technologies adds or changes the subprocessors it uses, those countries cannot be specified. For the current names and countries of location of subprocessors, please refer to the list published by Unity Technologies (https://unity.com/legal/subprocessors). 4. Consent to, Suspension of, and Deletion of Data Relating to Unity Analytics
The Service displays a consent screen regarding the use of Unity Analytics when the Service is first launched and at other appropriate times. Collection of usage data through Unity Analytics begins only if the user consents. If the user does not consent, usage data will not be collected through Unity Analytics.
Users may change their consent status regarding the use of Unity Analytics through the settings screen provided within the Service or by another method prescribed by the Company. If a user withdraws consent, collection of usage data through Unity Analytics will cease after the withdrawal.
Users may request deletion of usage data collected through Unity Analytics by using the deletion feature provided within the Service or another method prescribed by the Company. The Company will take the necessary action using the deletion request functionality provided by the Unity Analytics SDK or another reasonable method.
5. Security
The Company takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of User Information and otherwise ensure the secure management of User Information, and exercises necessary and appropriate supervision over employees and contractors who handle User Information.
The Company endeavors to protect User Information using methods generally accepted in commercial practice. However, because no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure and reliable, the Company does not guarantee the complete protection of User Information.
6. Links to Other Sites
The Service may contain links to other sites. If a user clicks a link to a third-party site, the user will be directed to a site that is not operated by the Company. Accordingly, the Company has no involvement in and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or operation of any third-party site or service.
7. Children's Privacy
The Company does not intend to provide the Service to children under 13 years of age or to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If the Company learns that it has collected personal information from a child under 13 years of age, the Company will promptly delete that personal information from its servers. If you become aware that a child under 13 years of age has provided personal information to the Company, please contact the Company so that it can take the necessary action. The same applies if the laws of the country or region where the user resides set a higher age threshold for consent to the handling of personal information and you become aware that a child below that age has provided personal information to the Company.
8. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Deletion of User Information
8.1 Disclosure
If a user requests disclosure of User Information (including records of provision to third parties) pursuant to the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user, disclose the information without delay (or notify the user if the relevant User Information does not exist). However, this does not apply where the Company is not obligated to make disclosure under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations. Please note that, unless otherwise provided by applicable law or there is a reasonable basis for an exception, a fee of JPY 1,000 per request will be charged for disclosure of User Information.
8.2 Correction, etc.
If a user requests (1) correction, addition, or deletion of User Information (collectively, "Correction, etc.") pursuant to applicable law on the grounds that the User Information is inaccurate, or (2) suspension of use or erasure of User Information (collectively, "Suspension of Use, etc.") pursuant to applicable law on the grounds that the information is being handled beyond the scope of the purposes of use previously disclosed, was collected by deception or other improper means, or on other grounds, the Company will, after confirming that the request is made by the user, conduct the necessary investigation without delay and, based on the results, carry out the Correction, etc. or Suspension of Use, etc. of the User Information and notify the user accordingly. If the Company decides not to carry out the Correction, etc. or Suspension of Use, etc., it will notify the user of that decision.
Users may request deletion of usage data collected through Unity Analytics by using the deletion feature provided within the Service or another method prescribed by the Company.
9. Procedure for Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may change this Policy as necessary. If the Company changes this Policy, it will publish the revised Policy on this page. Please review this page periodically to stay informed of changes to this Policy.

11. Disclosures for Customers Residing in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom
The Company uses users' personal data (as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR")) for the purposes described in Section 2, "Purposes of Use," of this Policy. The legal bases for such use are as follows:
(1) Legal bases for processing: The Company processes users' personal data only where (i) processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the user (such as providing the Service), (ii) the user has given consent (such as for the collection of usage data through Unity Analytics), (iii) processing is necessary for the Company's legitimate interests (such as ensuring the security of the Service and investigating defects), or (iv) processing is necessary for compliance with the Company's legal obligations (Article 6(1)(a) through (c) and (f) of the GDPR).
(2) Retention period: The Company retains account registration information only for as long as the account remains active and for any subsequent period required by law. The Company retains other personal data only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in Section 2, "Purposes of Use," of this Policy or for the period prescribed by law. When personal data is no longer required, the Company will delete it without delay or anonymize it in a manner that prevents restoration.
(3) Cross-border transfers: The Company is a business operator located in Japan, and personal data is processed in Japan. Japan has been recognized by the European Commission and the UK Government as a country that ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data (an adequacy decision). As described in Section 3, "Service Providers," of this Policy, information transmitted to Unity Analytics is processed in the United States and elsewhere. Such transfers are made on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) incorporated into the Unity Data Processing Addendum or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR/UK GDPR. Users may request a copy of such safeguards through the contact listed in Section 10, "Contact Information," of this Policy.
(4) User rights: Under the GDPR/UK GDPR, users have the right to access, rectify, and erase their personal data; restrict processing; receive data portability; object to processing; withdraw consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal); and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
12. Language
This Policy is originally prepared in Japanese. Any translation into English or another language is provided for users' convenience only. In the event of any discrepancy between the Japanese version and a translated version, the Japanese version will prevail.
